Naild'It Unique Polish Butterflies in Rainbows and Sugarmess Glum

Hello Lovelies! I am finally catching up after a busy few weeks of wrapping up another school year with my amazing art students! It was hard to say good-bye to two of my classes that will be moving on to new teachers next year. I've had most of them for the last six years I've taught for the school system I work in. They grew up into such fantastic young adults and I feel so blessed to have been a part of their education.

Onto the lacquer! ^.^ Today, I have two beautiful polishes from Naild'It Unique Polish that I absolutely love. Take a look and see what you think!

This is Naild'It Unique Polish Butterflies in Rainbows.
Butterflies in Rainbows is a purple crelly filled with awesome neon glitters and butterflies.
For this mani, I used two coats of Butterflies in Rainbows over two coats of CG Sweet Hook, followed by one coat of Seche Vite. The polish applied beautifully and the glitter required very minimal fishing and placement.

This is Naild'It Unique Polish Sugarmess Glum.
Sugarmess Glum is a "white crelly with a WHOLE LOTTA GLITTA including a hint of neon green, holos, pinks and purples! Included in this one are some BIG OL pink squares ".
I applied two coats of Sugarmess Glum over one coat of FP Paper Mache, followed by a quick coat of Seche Vite. Again, this polish applied easily for me and gave me no problems at all.

What do you think?! After seeing the quality of these polishes, I am definitely looking forward to trying more Naild'It Unique Polish in the future.

Rainbow Honey Fab Summer Set

Hello Lovelies! I'm pleased to be sharing the Fab Summer Set from Rainbow Honey with all of you. This is my first review for Rainbow Honey and I am extremely impressed. "The Fab Summer Set is as refreshing as a cold sip of freshly squeezed lemonade. This set of three includes a dazzling array of shimmering polishes: kelly green, deep coral, and a sparkly lacquer that glitters with holographic flecks".
So sit back, relax, and enjoy the beauties!

This is Rainbow Honey Tenda.
Tenda is a "kelly green creme with golden shimmer".
This is two coats of Tenda! I was so impressed with this polish~it applied like butter. ^.^
Just gorgeousness.
Here is Tenda with one coat of Costa del sol. I applied one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat and to speed the drying process.
Rainbow Honey Costa del sol is "a clear glitter topper full of holographic and iridescent shimmer and glitter, perfect over both crèmes".

This is Rainbow Honey Schrammi.
Schrammi is a "deep coral creme with golden shimmer".
This is two beautiful coats of Schrammi. Again, application was a dream.
Look at that heavenly shimmer!!
Love, love, LOVE!

Hello Lovelies! Have I got a treat for you this afternoon! Natalie of BellsKandi Polish asked me to review some of her beautiful polishes and I was super excited!!! Have you ever seen BellsKandi Polishes before?!? When I saw them on Instagram, it was love at first sight. And now...well, just let me show you.

This is BellsKandi Military Mary.
Military Mary is a "full coverage thermal that will change from green to yellow when warm. (It will glow under a black light).
There's a nice, subtle camouflage feel to it.
This is two coats of Military Mary with no topcoat. I love the matte-like finish of this polish.

 This is BellsKandi Pink Elephants.
(I used 1 coat of FP Paper Mache for undies).
Pink Elephants is part of the Ravers Paradise Collection (1of 5). "It is a full coverage neon that does not require an undie to reach opacity."
Pink Elephants (one coat, no topcoat) "also glows in the dark and under a black light".
Spectacular!

And...this is BellsKandi PlumBerry.

Liquid Sky Lacquer Star Spangled Nails

Hello Lovelies! Carolyn sent me this beauty a while ago and it's been sitting patiently on my shelf, just waiting to be swatched and shown off. And since Carolyn is releasing this pretty little number TOMORROW, I couldn't wait any longer to show you this pretty patriotic polish.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Star Spangled Nails.
Star Spangled Nails is a "glitter bomb with red, white, and blue stars, red, white and blue medium hex, and fine holo dust".
I used one coat of Star Spangled Nails over three coats of A England Order of the Garter (as undies). Then I applied one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat and to speed the drying process.
The polish applied easily and the glitter was perfectly balanced. I swirled my brush to collect as many stars as possible and then I simply applied the polish. I did move a few stars around because I found that some nails were overflowing with them. (I KNOW! Gasp! No fishing and extra stars? Say WHAT?!?)
I love the patriotic look of this polish and I think it would look fabulous over red, white, black...lighter blues...metallic colors. The sky is the limit. ^.^

To purchase Star Spangled Nails (it will be available on Saturday June 8~tomorrow!) and other Liquid Sky Lacquer polishes, visit Carolyn's shop here. Also, make sure you head over and like Liquid Sky Lacquer on FB to stay updated on restocks and new polish releases.

Enjoy your weekend and as always,

Happy Lacquering! =)

Dragon Lacquer Gam3r Gir1, Zombocalypse, and AWESOME Hand Care Products

Hello Lovelies! As I mentioned earlier, I recently discovered Dragon Lacquer and I have been fortunate enough to share a handful of Kevan's amazing polishes with you. I said in my last review, and I quote, "I was impressed with the formula of all four of the polishes that Kevan sent my way~they applied flawlessly and required no glitter fishing (when applicable)". You can check out my other review here!

Ok, let's get this party started! @.@

This is Dragon Lacquer Gam3r Gir1.
Gam3r Gir1 is a "custom handmade nail lacquer with matte neon blue and purple micro-glitter with holographic uber micro glitter in a clear suspension base".
I ADORE THIS POLISH!!!! I really think I need the entire Gam3r Gir1 Collection. Immediately.
I applied two coats of Gam3r Gir1 over one coat of FP Expressionism, followed by one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat.
Pure Perfection.

Love.

************************Intermission**********************
Announcement: Dragon Lacquer also has awesome hand care products! Kevan sent me the following to try out. Let me share my thoughts with you!

Fluffy Lemon Cuticle Butter
Fluffy Lemon Cuticle Butter - 1 oz
Scent: very, very light (which I love)
Immediately: creamy and oily...very addicting combo. This one takes a while to absorb into your cuticles (have Netflix/your movie started before you put it on) but it's well worth the wait.
*Results: yummy, soft cuticles

Uber Dragon Butter Creme Cream
Uber Dragon Butter Creme Hand Cream - 2 oz
Scent: unscented...
Immediately: very creamy with a tiny touch of oil. It felt like I was scooping my thirsty hands into a vat of water. They immediately soaked up the creme the first few times I used it. Now I use a little less, with the same relieving feeling.
*Results: well-hydrated, soft, happy hands

Handmade Cuticle Oil
SAMPLE - Handmade Cuticle Oil
Scent: I chose lemon. It is an AWESOME lemon because it's not sweet! It actually smells like freshly squeezed lemons. ^.^
Immediately: oily (are you surprised? lol)
*Results: soft, hydrated cuticles that smell delicious
*I have used other products before and in conjunction with these products.
**************************************************************
This is Dragon Lacquer Zombocalypse.
Zombocalypse is a "custom handmade nail lacquer with multiple sizes of neon green, neon pink, and bright purple hex with silver holographic hex and micro glitter in a clear suspension".
I used one coat of A England Camelot as undies and one coat of Zombocalypse to create this manicure. To finish, I applied one more coat of Seche Vite to "smooth it out and give it a glass-like finish and bring out the rainbow flashes from the holographic glitter".
During the application, I simply swirled my brush around in the bottle in order to collect the maximum amount of glitter. I actually found that I had too many glitters *gasp* and I had to swipe them back into my bottle!
When I brushed the polish onto my nail, I took a few seconds per nail to place the glitter, but most of them just went exactly where I wanted them to.
Look at that sparkle!

My opinion regarding Dragon Lacquer is...BUY THEM ALL! And make sure to save a few for me, please.

BONUS: orders placed before June 30th can use the code COLORSPLASH10 to save 10%! YaY!

Dragon Lacquer Neon Ninja and Meh.

Hello Lovelies! One outstanding new (to me) handmade polish I've been lucky enough to review has come from Kevan of Dragon Lacquer. I was impressed with the formula of all four of the polishes that Kevan sent my way~they applied flawlessly and required no glitter fishing (when applicable).

I'm going to show you two beauties in this post and two in the next. So...be sure to come back for more!!

This is Dragon Lacquer Neon Ninja.
Neon Ninja is a "custom handmade nail lacquer with multiple sizes and shapes of matte neon pink, neon green, neon blue, bright purple, and black in a translucent white suspension base".
The glitters work together perfectly!
I used one coat of Neon Ninja over one coat of CG White on White, followed by one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat.

This is Dragon Lacquer Meh.
Meh. is a "custom handmade nail lacquer with matte black and white micro-glitter with holographic uber micro glitter in a clear suspension base".
To create this mani, I applied two coats of Meh. over one coat of FP Paper Mache covered with Orly Beach Cruiser. To finish, I applied a generous coat of Seche Vite to "smooth it out and give it a glass-like finish and bring out the rainbow flashes from the holographic glitter".

I was very impressed with both of these polishes and I KNOW you will enjoy seeing what I have coming up next from Dragon Lacquer, so make sure to come back to check them out! ^.^

BONUS: orders placed before June 30th can use the code COLORSPLASH10 to save 10%! YaY!
