Liquid Sky Lacquer TGIF

Hello Lovelies! I'm so happy to have the opportunity to show you a brand spanking new glitterbomb that Carolyn from Liquid Sky Lacquer sent me!! It's one of the most unique glitterbombs I've seen. Take a look!

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer TGIF.
TGIF is "a glitterbomb of blue micro flakies, fine periwinkle blue hex, fine white hex, small gunmetal gray hex, medium green and lavender hex, large pink neon hex, white medium hex and rectangles."
In other words, this polish is jam-packed with glitter. =)
And it has rectangles!
SERIOUSLY!

I'm drooling...glitter.

I used 2 coats of TGIF with A England Ophelia as undies. TGIF applied easily and there was tons of glitter in every brushstroke. It required zero fishing or placement to achieve this mani. To finish, I used one coat of Gelous and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat and to speed the drying process.

Glitterbomb fans, this is one you will want to snag. The rectangle shaped glitter definitely makes TGIF stand-out in a crowd!

Chirality Nail Polish Holos

Hello Lovelies! Amanda from Chirality Nail Polish has sent me some of the prettiest holos to share with you. Now...let me warn you~this post is FULL of pictures. I had a lot of fun with these and I loved taking the pics, so I hope you enjoy them.

This is Chirality Absolute Zero (three coats).
Absolute Zero "is a light blue holographic polish."

This is Chirality Bromine (three coats).
Bromine "is a light pinkish-brown holographic polish."

This is Chirality Asymptote (two coats).
Asymptote "is a green holographic polish."
This polish is HEAVENLY!! Look at that holo! =)

This is Chirality Convergence (three coats).
Convergence "is a reddish plum purple holographic polish."
I LOVE the plum in this polish~it really adds a lovely depth to the purple.

This is Chirality Quarks (three coats).
Quarks "is a purple leaning blue holographic polish."
There is just something about a deep blue polish that draws me in...every time. Quarks is a mysterious navy blue holo with very slight purple flashes.

I'm going to gush for just a moment about the formula of all five of these polishes. The application was incredibly smooth and with zero pooling or streaking. And dry time was a snap!

My favorites from the group were Asymptote, Convergence, and Quarks. I thought that Asymptote was definitely the most holographic of the bunch, but as you can see from my pics (and close-ups of my faves) the others are pretty holographics, too!

To purchase these holos and other gorgeous Chirality Nail Polishes, visit Amanda on bigcartel or etsy. Make sure you head over and like Chirality Nail Polish on FB to stay updated on restocks and new polish releases.

Happy Good Friday and as always,

Jindie Nails Baby Doll

Hello Lovelies! I've got a beauty to show you that I believe pretty much speaks for itself. Take a look. :)

This is Jindie Nails Baby Doll.
"The colors in Baby Doll are satin pink, blue, lavender, green and matte white. This also has some beautiful color shifting squares in it." Yes, I go bonkers for glitter. That's already been established. However, Baby Doll has that amazing pinkish iridescent shimmer that just lit up my nails and I am really loving it!
I used one coat of A England Camelot as undies in the top pics and one coat of CG Dance Baby in the bottom pics.
While I found Baby Doll to be a touch thick, I was able to apply the glitters easily and needed very little glitter placement.  To finish, I applied one coat of Gelous to smooth the glitters and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat and to speed the drying time.

I love that Baby Doll is such versatile polish and I can wear it over so many of my favorite colors. This is just two of the many possiblities I am thinking of! =)

Jindie Nails Happy Dance

Hello Lovelies! Do you love glitter? As a glitter addict, I naturally jumped up and down when I saw this little gem from Jindie Nails.

This is Jindie Nails Happy Dance.
Happy Dance has "red, hot pink, teal and grape purple matte satin glitters in a white creamy base."
I love how the larger red and teal glitters really stand out!
I used three coats of Happy Dance and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. Happy Dance applied smoothly with zero fishing for glitters~what you see in the pics is exactly what I got from the three layers I applied.
Once again, Jen has outdone herself! If you are a white based glitter gal, this polish is a MUST. =)

Jindie Nails Silent Night

Hello Lovelies! I've got a polish from Jindie Nails that I think I probably would have overlooked (hangs head in shame) if Jen hadn't sent it to me to review. However, let me just say, I am very happy that she sent it my way! =)
This polish is STUNNING!!
Here is Jindie Nails Silent Night.
Silent Night is "deep royal blue true jelly with a purple shimmer to the base, holographic stars and moons and other various shapes of holo and iridescent glitters."
It took three coats of Silent Night, one of Gelous, and one coat of Seche Vite to acheive this look. The polish applied very easily and layered nicely. With the Seche Vite, dry time was a breeze.
If you are a jelly fan, this is a polish you do not want to miss out on!

Jindie Nails Be Someone Cute

Hello Lovelies! I have been wanting to share these swatches for a while now, so I'm happy that I've got a little time this evening to put together a quick post. Without further adieu...

This is Jindie Nails Be Someone Cute.
Be Someone Cute "has all matte glitters in the colors neon pink, white and black all in a sheer pink base with hot pink micro flakies added to it."
I used three coats of Be Someone Cute, one coat of Gelous, and one coat of Seche Vite. This polish dries super fast~like lightning fast and went on very smoothly for me, which = easy application. And the matte glitters are absolutely fabulous together.
I've always loved matte glitter, so Be Someone Cute was easy to fall for. :]

Jindie Nails Rave

Hello Lovelies! I've got one of the coolest polishes from Jindie Nails on today. It reminds me of the 80's...even more specifically, my awesome pink fluorescent sweatshirt and neon green sunglasses. Seriously. We were all rock stars back then! And the amazingness of Jindie Nails Rave captures all of that 80's rock star glam for me. Thank you, Jen. :]

This is Jindie Nails Rave.
Rave is packed with different sizes of hex and circle shaped neon colored glitters.
This is three coats of Rave with one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat.
I LOVE how this polish looks as it continues to layer!
Rave has thinner glitter, which creates a GORGEOUS stained glass effect when layered. I tipped my bottle upside down before and in between nails to get the biggest selection of glitters. I had zero problems applying the polish~I made sure my brush was loaded enough (not over-loaded) and any excess polish I had after covering the nail I wiped on my paper towel.
Then, I threw on the zebra stripes, just because I didn't want the fun to end!

At this point, Rave is my favorite polish from Jindie Nails. However, I have yet to meet a Jindie that I didn't love. I would definitely recommend adding Rave to your collection if you haven't already!

Jindie Nails Princess Breath

Hello Lovelies! Are you staying warm and cozy? Ever since the time change, I've been beyond ready for spring to get here already...as the sleet pings off my windows. @.@

Today I have the gorgeous Jindie Nails Princess Breath to share with you! Although I've only recently begun my Jindie Nails collection/addiction, I have to admit that these are quickly becoming one of my favorite artistically handmade polishes.

Here is Jindie Nails Princess Breath.
Princess Breath is "pale blue/green with various size and color round and hex glitters." Yes, I did say ROUND GLITTERS!
Wa-HOO! :D
This is three coats of Princess Breath with one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat. I love that this polish needs no undies to look this fabulous!
Princess Breath is amazing in every way. It is a breeze to apply~the glitter was simple to brush across my nail in nice even strokes with no dragging. The polish was buildable~each layer built up the glitter and the base perfectly. It dried nicely~especially with a coat of Seche Vite on top. And, last but not least,
IT HAS CIRCLE GLITTER!!!!! YAY!!!!

To purchase Princess Breath or other polishes by Jindie Nails, you can visit Jen's shop here and you can also shop on Llarowe. Make sure you head over and like Jindie Nails on FB to stay updated on restocks and new polish releases.

Delush Polish Downton Abbey Trio

Hello Lovelies! This evening I've got a trio of polishes from Adrianna at Delush Polish to share with you. Her inspiration behind this collection is the wildly popular Downton Abbey...which I've sadly never seen. <ducks and runs for cover> I'd love to start watching it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
Onto the Collection! :)

To begin, here is Delush Polish Lady Sybiling.
This polish is inspired by Lady Sybil Crawley. Adrianna shares that "this gorgeous emerald green base with sparks of multifaceted gold shapes represent Lady Crawley's spark. And if you look closely, tiny black flecks swim amongst the teal diamonds, this represents her unfortunate and untimely demise."
For this mani, I used three coats of Lady Sybiling, one coat of Gelous and one coat of Seche Vite.

Next is Delush Polish Her Ladyship.
The inspiration behind this polish is Cora Crawley. "The coral base is inspired by her name as well as her kind nature and the hints of daisies, multi-coloured flecks of teal and bright pink really make this beauty pop."
For this mani, I used three coats of Her Ladyship, one coat of Gelous and one coat of Seche Vite.

Last, here is Delush Polish Forever Young.
This polish is inspired by Matthew Crawley. "Forever Young features a beautiful creamy white base with iridescent shimmer and floating red hearts."
For this mani, I used one coat of Forever Young over CG White on White (x2) and CG Dance Baby (x2) on accent nail as undies. I used one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat.

Overall, I was happy with the formula for these polishes. They applied easily and the glitter was fairly well-balanced. My favorite of the bunch is definitely Forever Young. Although it was difficult to photograph, I believe that when used as a topcoat, the iridescent shimmer would look gorgeous over almost any color.

To purchase these and other Delush Polishes, you can shop here. Also, make sure you head over and like Delush Polish on FB to stay updated on restocks and any new polish releases. Adrianna is always sharing something new and exciting!

Have a fabulous evening and as always,

Happy Lacquering! =)
