Bright Spots & Stripes

Good Morning, Lovelies! I want to take a second to welcome the newest ColorSplash Nails followers and also to thank ALL of you for taking the time to stop on by and check me out. It's amazing to see so many new names AND familiar faces on my blog and I'm elated to have you here. ^.^

My idea for today's mani was to create a really cool striped and spotted pattern on each nail using two bright colors. Once I got started and really into this design, I realized that my colors looked rather Christmas-y. >.<

To create this mani, I used China Glaze Pool Party, CG Kiwi Cool-Ada, and Stripe Rite It's So Easy in Bright Green.

Here's my design: Merry Christmas! LOL
Have you used Stripe Rite It's So Easy striping brushes? Every time I use mine, they dry on my nail with an almost crackle-like effect. Does that happen to any of you? Hmmm...maybe I'm applying it too thick?

Thanks again for stopping by and if you live in the US and haven't entered my Awesome 100 Follower Giveaway, click here to enter now!
As always, Happy Lacquering! =)

  4. I love this color combination! It's like neon Christmas! And I love the design too, especially that one little stripe on your ring finger.

  6. This is very cute. I love the color combination.

I have two Stripe Rite stiping brushes and after a while the white one thickened and got all clumped up while the black just dried up. I would recommend using Art Deco by LA Colors instead.
