Mod Lacquer Flavor Crystals and Moonbeam

Hello Lovelies! I have been completely blown away by the quality and beauty of the Mod Lacquers I've swatched over the week-end. And the two polishes I have left to show you are beyond gorgeous!

First up is Mod Lacquer Flavor Crystals.

This is two coats of Flavor Crystals with CG Sweet Hook as undies.  It's sooo dreamy!!

Flavor Crystals is "a transparent lavender jelly base with white square and hex glitter as well as lavender and purple hex glitters."

The base of this polish reminds me of a yummy grape soda and the glitters really pop! ^.^

*I used one coat of Gelous to smooth out the glitter and Seche Vite as a topcoat.

I got more compliments on this polish than I can count on both hands!! I absolutely love it and I can say with confidence that I'll need a backup for this one! =)

 

And now I'd like to share Mod Lacquer Moonbeam.

This is Moonbeam with A England Camelot undies.

Moonbeam is a "duo-chrome nail polish. The primary color is a bright blue that shifts to purple." Ahhhh...

I was mesmorized by the color flashes between blue and purple in this polish.

It's simply stunning over Camelot.

*I used one coat of Seche Vite on this mani as a topcoat.

F4 Polish Strawberry Shortcake and Shattered Rainbow

Hello again, Lovelies! I am so happy to be sharing more F4 Polish with you today. Both of these polishes are beautiful in their own way~let me show you!!

This is F4 Polish Strawberry Shortcake.

Strawberry Shortcake is a delicious mix of matte white hexes and bright pink microfine glitter in a soft pink base.

This is three coats of Strawberry Shortcake with no undies. Yummy goodness!

I used one coat of Seche Vite to top off this mani. I am gaga over the white hexes in this one! They really do look like little scoops of whipped cream floating in a sea of strawberry heaven. Mmmmm...

 

And here is F4 Polish Shattered Rainbow.

(Shattered Rainbow is shown with A England Bridal Veil undies.)

This is one fantastic rainbow glitterbomb!

Have I mentioned that I love glitterbombs?? Well...I DO! And I love the colorful glitters in Shattered Rainbow, but once I saw the black shards, it was all over. 

Now I'm totally obsessed with this one!!

To get this effect, I had to glob the polish in the middle of my nail (which is normal to acheive most glitterbombs) and spread it around to even it out.

I am VERY happy with how awesome Shattered Rainbow looks over A England Bridal Veil. The holo underneath the glitter really makes the polish POP!

I used one good coat of Gelous to smooth out the glitter and one coat of Seche Vite as a topcoat and to speed up the drying time.

6 Harts Polish Summer Skies & Ninja Bat

Hello Lovelies! Happy Tuesday to you! It's a perfect day to stay inside and write to you about two gorgeous polishes that I absolutely love. Both of these are from 6 Harts Polish and they are each unique in their own way.

Let me show you!

 

Here is 6 Harts Polish Summer Skies.

This polish has a slight duochrome shift, but what I am in love with is the the shimmer! It's gold! >.<

Summer Skies took three coats to reach full opacity and it was worth every single one! That last coat was like opening a door and looking at the most gorgeous sky you can imagine~shimmer and all!

If you can't tell, I am in love with Summer Skies. ^.^ I used one coat of Sech Vite as a topcoat for these pics.

 

The second polish I want to share with you is 6 Harts Polish Ninja Bat.

This is Ninja Bat with A England Bridal Veil as undies. You can definitely see that Ninja Bat has some ninja skills here~a slight duochrome pigment in a clear base combined with 9 different glitters. Sly one, huh?

This is one coat of Ninja Bat and it looks great! The polish went on easily, which was extremely nice. Ninja Bat is not quite a glitterbomb, but a sneaky little ninja glitterbaby. I used one coat of Gelous to seal the glitter and one coat of Seche Vite as topcoat for this mani.

 

 I loved Summer Skies for being so darn beautiful that I officially can't wait for winter to be OVER! And I loved Ninja Bat for being so darn sneaky that I truly appreciated a polish that wasn't a glitterbomb!

6 Harts Polish Duochromes and Cloud Sculptures

Hello Lovelies! Are you having a good Monday? I'm enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee while writing you, so I am definitely enjoying mine! ^.^ Today I have some really pretty polishes to share with you from 6 Harts Polish.

The first polish I want to show you is 6 Harts Polish What Halo?

What Halo? is a stunning polish that "has very fine gold holographic glitter and duochrome pigments. It has hints of orange in a gold/green duochome base."

I think I have officially found my new favorite duochrome! YaY!

 

The next polish I want to share with you is 6 Harts Polish Moon Shadow. I am a huge fan of the purple in this duochrome. Ahhhh....

Moon Shadow is a phenomenal polish that "has a small amount of very fine gold holographic and bronze glitter. The primary color you will see is the purple shimmer, which is very dominant."

 

The last polish I want to share with you today is 6 Harts Cloud Sculptures.

Cloud Sculptures "has matte white glitters, short silver bar glitters, fine holo glitter and a dash of tiny blue-violet hex glitters."

6 Harts Cloud Sculptures is a wonderful topcoat~it really does remind me of fluffy white clouds! >.<

 

I used A England Camelot as undies with What Halo? and Moon Shadow to acheive the look in these manis.

 Both of these duochromes and Cloud Sculptures are absolutely amazing! They were a dream to apply as they went on very smoothly with no problems at all.

I used one coat of Seche Vite as a topcoat for all three of these.

Liquid Sky Lacquers Gorgeous Duo

Hello again, Lovelies! =) I am back with another set of Liquid Sky Lacquer polishes. This time I must warn you...these polishes are heart-stoppers. Literally, they took my breath away. I could blather on and on, but I'd rather show you and blather between the pics. >.<

Brace yourselves. Seriously.

 

The first polish I want to show you is Liquid Sky Lacquer So Delicious.

I'VE NEVER SEEN A POLISH LIKE THIS!! Have you?? Look at it! Ok, I know that I'm shouting, but I'm just soooooo excited!

So Delicious is so deceiving in the bottle! It looks like a beautiful raspberry and irridescent glitter polish in a clear basecoat. (Not that that would be bad, mind you.) But then I brushed one coat of So Delicious over A England Camelot and BAM!

So Delicious transformed into a scrumptious rainbow.

It's like a magical light show on my fingertips! YaY! And the formula was amazing. Double YaY!!

 

On to the next showstopper: Liquid Sky Lacquer Sugared Berries.

If you like holos, do not miss out on this one!

Sugared Berries is one honey of a holo. The formula was a dream to apply~no streaking or pooling. Absolutely perfect!!

Sugared Berries is not only one of the prettiest violet holos I've worn, it's also one of the softest. I am absolutely in LOVE with this holo--I wore this one for three whole days and I got compliments from well over a dozen people. ^.^

 

 

These are two phenomenal polishes and once again, I highly recommend them for your personal collection. Whether you are a fan of glitterbombs or holos, you can definitely find the perfect polish for you!

Liquid Sky Lacquer by Carolyn Spring Collection 2013

Hello Lovelies! Today I have the amazing new 2013 Spring Collection from Liquid Sky Lacquer by Carolyn. Believe me when I tell you that this trio is a stunner! All three are jam-packed with a gorgeous blend of springy colored glitters to create the most incredible glitterbombs.
 

 

For all of my manis, I used one coat of Gelous to smooth out the glitter and one coat of Seche Vite as my top coat and to speed up the overall drying process.

The first polish I want to show you is Liquid Sky Lacquer Posy Petals.

This is Posy Petals with one coat of FP Paper Mache as undies.

Posy Petals has a mix of pastel glitters in small squares and hexes, medium hexes, and pink flowers in a beautiful transluscent light purple base.

The formula of this polish is perfect~the polish went on smoothly and there were flowers in every brushstroke.

 

The next polish up is Liquid Sky Lacquer Spring Surprises.

This is Spring Surprises with A England Camelot as undies. I know that Camelot isn't the most "spring-like" color, but I think it looks fantastic with Spring Surprises! The irridescent base of this polish was screaming for Camelot!!

I was so happy with the plethora of stars and hexes in this polish. Gorgeous!!

Spring Surprises applied smoothly with no clumping or dragging.

 

The final polish in the Spring Collection is Liquid Sky Lacquer April Rain.

This is April Rain with CG Re-Fresh Mint as undies. So pretty!

Then...I tried April Rain with CG Pelican Gray as undies. I really love this combo!

LOOK at the AWESOME colors in this polish! Carolyn used gorgeous matte purple and bright green hex glitters, mixed with a massive amount of small irridescent teal glitters, in this lovely transluscent pale green based polish.

I found this polish was a touch thick, but a few drops of Orly's Thinner helped smooth it out perfectly.

I absolutely LOVE this collection! If you like glitter, you will definitely want to check these out.
